Topic:  Last Sunday, you and your friend went to a new restaurant. You are satisfied with the dinner but you believe that there is room for improvement. You are now writing a restaurant review and you are going to post it on the website "OpenRice". In your review, you talk about your personal experience and you give the restaurant manager some suggestions. You should write no less than 150 words.

Background information:

Kingdom Restaurant is a famous restaurant located in the heart of Yuen Long. It is only restaurant in Hong Kong serving Italian food with the nicely appearance and the different kinds of sauce which is including ketchup, pepper oil, etc. Customers can enjoy the local Italian food there, such as spaghetti, Italian pizza. There are the most well-known food in Kingdom Restaurant.

Personal experience:

My friends recommended this restaurant to me so I really want to try it whether it is worth to have meals there. I was told the service was very good, the waiters and waitresses served food politely. Also, the food was scrumptious. Everyone should try it.

(1) Service

First, when I got to the restaurant, the atmosphere was really great. The waiters was extremely polite and the dishes were aromatic. When I was confusing about what dishes I should choose, the waiter told me the suitable choice, spaghetti with ketchup was the best dish in this restaurant, so I ordered it. The service was really excellent, waiters were helpful.

(2) Food

The spaghetti was springy and the Italian pizza was delicious too. Both of them were high-quality cuisines.

(3) Price

The spaghetti was also reasonable. It cost only $35.

(4) Environment

The bad thing was too cold as the temperature of air-conditioner was too low. Moreover, it was too crowded as there were too many people and the aisle was too narrow. I couldn't move freely. Furthermore, the table was also a bit dirty. But the music made the customers felt relaxed, it had relaxing atmosphere.

Opinions:

We were very full, so we went out of this awesome Italian restaurant contentedly. Although it is a good restaurant, it still has room for improvement.

(1) Environment

It was too crowded is one of the bad things. I suggest that the restaurant manager can decrease the number of chairs and tables so that the customers can have a better eating environment. I even recommend that Kingdom Restaurant can design an online booking room system, so that customers can book the room when they want. The restaurant can tell the customers whether the seats are full of not. Besides, it was too cold. The restaurant clearly has the responsibility to higher the temperature of air-conditioner. On the other side, I suggest that the staff should provide a clean environment for eating. They need to clean the table and floor more frequently. If this restaurant improves these, it will provide a better service and the atmosphere will be cosy. In conclusion, this meal was the most wonderful dinner I had eaten before.
